The pure steam generator takes the electric energy as the heating resource, and is called electric heating pure steam generator for short. The electric heating steam generator can be used for heating and vaporizing the purified water so as to generate the steam. The water drops in the steam and the centrifugal separating structure of the heat source can be removed effectively, thus preparing the condensed water which complies with all quality index specifications of water for injection in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015.

The electric heating pipe used in the steam generator is in accordance with the specifications in JB/T 2379. The shell of the electric heating pipe is made of austenitic stainless steel 00Cr17Nr14Mo2.

The pure steam generator is applicable to the production sites without industrial steams and is the ideal sterilizing equipment for the industries such as hospitals, pharmacy, foods, electrons, chemical industry and the like.

Detailed Explanation:

A condenser can be selected and used for the production of water for inspection and can have the following characteristics:

1. The output is increased from 50L/h to 1000L/h.

2. During the condensing process, the generated water for injection complies with the US-(USP), European-(EP) and other pharmacy specifications.

3. The pure steam with high quality can be ensured by the separation system.

4. The flow-pass part is made of stainless steel 316L and the framework is made of 304.
